Ann Sieg freely admits that when you purchase the Renegade system she has given you 4 years of university books on your first day of class. The 90-Day Marketer system sweeps all those books away gives you a To Do List that you print and check off as you complete each task.

The Topic is: Oprius: Sales Contact Management Software - A Contact Manager and Autoresponder Tool in One!

A good contact management system is one of the most important tools we can use in building our businesses. The ability to stay on track by design rather then chance leads to greater success. If people are "falling through the cracks", you are losing out on business, and losing credibility.

We have tested out this tool for keeping connected with prospects. It has the advantage of being much more user friendly than ACT to set up, it includes autoresponder tools iwith a simple to use opt-in form that can be placed on blogs and websites, and doesn't require a large initial investment, as the newer ACT programs do.

It is simplier to use than ACT and the autoreponder tool is easier to use than GetResponse. The great thing is you can set it up so contacts can opt-in to your lists and are automatically scheduled for contact and follow up on you calendar and task list.

This software was actually designed with network marketers and direct sales people in mind. You'll be surprised by all the tools integrated into this system that help people to be more effective in following up and keeping on top of their business!

Join us on this webinar to see why many of us are utilizing this powerful, user-friendly tool instead of ACT.

For those of you utilizing the Renegade Marketing System, you will see details on this tool in your Renegade back end affiliate area. Log in, click on "My Account", then "Back End Affiliate urls", then scroll down about 2/3 of the way and you'll see it under the "Other Affiliate Programs" heading.

Have you given any thought about what you will do next? Or, what happens when you meet someone in the cold market and tell them what you are doing? Everyone is interested. If you are using the follow up system that you use in your primary MLM; is it sufficient to handle the numbers on a daily basis? Outlook worked fine for me when I was sponsoring one person every other month. If you already have a customer relation manager like ACT in place you probably don’t need to read this. However if you are a newbie and don’t really want to learn 2 programs when you only need to learn one then read on…

We have a mentality that prospects are hard to find, so when we finally find one we have all the time in the world to follow up. Think bigger! Think way bigger! Do you have a system in place?

It’s only when you go through the process that you realize there may be gaps in your system. Being on Ann’s team I was able to buy leads, very qualified leads I might add. Ones that had read The Renegade Network Marketer. Ones that say thank you for your time! So I started working on my complimentary consultation worksheet; adapting it from one that had so generously been offered by one of Ann’s associates, Alicia Bausley. (if you’re not connected to TheWorksTeam email me at irene@opriusmail.com) Adding in my affiliate links where hers were etc. Ok I’m ready. Oh, no I’m not. She also provided a 4 page marketing plan to send to the prospect after the consult. Ok now I’m ready. Or so I thought. So what did I do? I started making phone calls; 17 to be exact. I left 10 messages, got 2 busy signals, one hadn’t read it yet, 1 said call later, one number was not in service and I booked 2 consults. Then I sent 10 follow up emails; out of that 1 more person set up a consult.

So far so good; but now what? Now I’m making phone calls, sending emails, sending greeting cards, sending follow up emails all manually at this stage. Now I have to say different things to different people depending where they are in the process. Things are starting to unravel. I have made notes on paper and I have tracked my activity on paper. This worked fine in the past. I would make notes on people in Outlook. But now we’re being taught to have our own email connected to our domain name; irene@irenekirkman.com . Okay so that makes sense; more professional etc. The catch? Now I’m sending emails from a different place than my notes! So for each person I am now following up with them in 4 different ways, phone, email, notes & spreadsheet of overall activity; still on paper. Oh and I have a calendar & scripts too. Perhaps I’m not using Outlook to its full capacity but I wasn’t able to see everything with a bird’s eye view. I need to be prepared when I make a call; heaven forbid that anyone should call me!

Enter Wendy Mills, again to my rescue. If Wendy is your upline you are blessed in deed. She helps me and I’m not in any of her businesses. Now Cyndi Williams, another terrific help had told me about Oprius a couple of months ago; I wish I had listened to her then! All I could see at that time was yet another monthly charge. I really wasn’t up to speed on the affiliate thing and didn’t yet know that auto responders have a monthly charge anyway. It seems I have to hear something more than once before I clue in.

We get so focused on our goal of setting up that first appointment that we or at least I was not mindful of the follow up process. Okay, so you phone them, what are you going to say?

How are you going to develop an ongoing relationship with them?

How are you going to track them? Follow-up with them?

Bottom line do you have a system in place?

Do you have a customer relation manager? Many people use ACT. If you are new to this process however, it is yet another program you have to learn. I’m finding that Outlook just doesn’t cut it. I made up folders for people and then discovered when I did a search I had to do separate searches for each folder! Aarrgghh! I really didn’t know what an auto responder was and had been on a quest for more information. What to use Aweber, iContact, Oprius? Aweber is one of our affiliate links, Mike Klingler is teaching iContact, Cyndi Williams and Wendy Mills are recommending Oprius. (You can still refer people that already have ACT in place to the other auto responders)

Now here’s the deal. Oprius combines your customer relation manager with an auto responder. You can see the calls you made, the notes you wrote and the emails you sent all at a glance! In order! Everything is colour coded in a sequential manner so you can see where you are with each person. See where you are in the sales process with incremental shades of blue as you move people through your system. There is a place to add scripts so they are ready when you make your call.

The information that Mike Klingler is teaching on iContact is transferable to this program. Click here for more information on network marketing support and tools. I’m almost at the stage where I can send auto emails; well actually if I knew more I could already be sending them. I wasn’t able to attend the 3rd class on Saturday and am anxiously waiting for the tutorial to be archived. At least now when I am ready it will simply be a few clicks of the mouse.

The system is in place. Now when someone contacts me I can add them into my system.

Don’t forget your warm/cold market guys. It’s very different from flogging a product. When you can say you have found a way for all Network Marketers to work together people want to know more. But that’s another essay. Just realize it’s going to take time for what Mike is teaching to start working. We must learn to juggle learning attraction marketing with activity. Some people are in your life for practice. Relax and enjoy the ride.

It’s very fun to open your email and find that someone has signed up for Renegade University wherever they are from--the internet or locally. It made me laugh when someone called me from Chicago! This really does work. However we need the practice now because when attraction marketing hits us as individuals we are going to have our own mini tsunami on our hands! Are you ready?

</rss:item></rdf:RDF>
